Empowering Disability Service Organisations
The Centre for Social Impact (CSI) and Disability Enterprise partners have worked together over three years to design a model to empower disability service organisations to offer more choices and pathways to economic inclusion to the people with disability they support day to day. This initiative is called WISE-Ability. It focuses on helping organisations align their strategies and activities with the WISE-Ability Model.
National Pilot Underway — Training for a More Inclusive Future
The training program consists of two interactive workshops designed for people working in the disability sector to promote open employment and inclusion for people with disability. It is designed to progressively build your understanding and application of the model.
This program is currently being piloted by organisations around Australia. Watch this space for an updated training package!
